Want to return something?
If you have an issue with an order please let us know as soon as possible. Our goal is to make you Sincerely Satisfied with everything you order. To submit a return just fill out the return request form on your order to submit any returns or exchanges. Please be sure to include the Lot # expiration date and reason for return or exchange in the comments or we will be unable to process your request. Once your request is approved we'll send you a prepaid UPS return label, just pack up the items you're returning or exchanging and ship them back to us and we'll handle everything else from there.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please fill out a return request on your account page. Please be sure to include the Lot# as well as the expiration date and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Because of the perishable nature of our products please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Requests for orders placed more than 7 days ago cannot be authorized.
