Pepita Parmesan Recipe


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

ACTIVE TIME: 2 minutes


 2½ cups pepitas (sincerely nuts pumpkin seeds)
½ cup nutritional yeast
1½ teaspoons lemon juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until broken down into a coarse powder. Transfer to an airtight container. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
